The Design And Implementation Of Airline Flight Management Information System

The airline flight management work has the characteristics of a large amount of tasks and a wide coverage,and needs to be coordinated by agencies such as Civil Aviation Administration.In today's airline flight management system,the problems of long processing time of new route declaration and cumbersome steps are particularly prominent,and the flight information is less shared in the departments.And because of the lack of coordination,the means of supervision and inspection of airline flights are relatively scarce.In order to exploit the potential value of airline data information,improve the quality of flight operation and the utilization efficiency of various resources of aviation organizations,it is decided to develop the Civil Aviation airline flight management information system.JFinal framework and Oracle database technology are used in system development.JFinal framework includes components such as ActiveRecord and WEB MVC,can optimize the traditional data persistence mode,and its ORM mechanism makes it easy to access the database.WEB MVC component can flexibly handle user requests,quickly clarifies the correspondence between components,and achieves low coupling at the technical level.Oracle database is applied to business data processing tasks with its sophisticated logic and flashback feature.The Civil Aviation airline flight management information system implements modules such as business license,flight plan management,flight pre-audit,statistical analysis,and system management.Business license can process the contents of the domestic and international business licenses with functions of new construction,declaration,deletion,withdrawal,approval and so on.Flight plan management can complete new construction,declaration,modification and other processing of flight plan,and can withdrawal,approval,and role submission of the declared flight plan,and the flight plan and execution rate information can be imported in batches.Flight pre-audit has implemented verification logic,and complete new construction,addition and translation processing of the shift,check and airline logic,and can change the status and the aircraft type.The elements that can be processed in statistical analysis include airlines,naval and air airports,and airport navigation,resulting in complete statistical results.The management of basic elements such as users,switch libraries,and messages is implemented in system management.The increase of airline flight information sharing is a typical result after the application of this system.The supervision and inspection effect of Civil Aviation Administration and other institutions on airline flights is significantly enhanced,the allocation and use of various resources within the organization is more reasonable,and the problem of cumbersome new airline reporting and processing links is totally solved.Overall,the degree of integration of airline flight management work has been significantly improved,and inter-agency work has been more coordinated.
