Electric energy is widely used all walks of life in daily routine and industrial production.Power quality problems,such as power system failure,transient phenomena,harmonic distortion,etc are also increasingly prominent in the face of us.Based on the above situation,The project team developed an simulator power supply device which be capable of simulating voltage imbalance,voltage rise and dip for power quality problems.There is a need for a visualized operating software capable of parameter setting,waveform simulation,command control,and status monitoring.Therefore,this article proposed and designed a set of power quality simulator power monitoring APP for simulator power devices based on Android system which is taking Android development platform as the core.The monitoring APP of power quality problem simulator power is a core component of the entire simulator power system.The monitoring APP of power quality problem simulator power enables command control of analog power supply device and status monitoring of simulator power devices.The APP can monitor and pre-warn the state of the analog power supply device during the operation,display waveforms according to specific parameter settings,realize start-stop control of the entire simulator power supply device.The power input can be collected online and the real-time waveform of the collected power input can be refreshed.Finally,power quality parameters can also be stored.The monitoring APP of power quality problem simulator power mainly consists of two parts: one is the design of the monitoring APP of power quality problem analog power and the communication protocol of simulator power supply device,the other is the realization of the monitoring APP of power quality problem simulator power program.The simulator power APP and the design part of the communication protocol of simulator power supply device mainly accomplish settings and individual communication protocol designs of the key operation flow,the waveform parameter import flow,the waveform generation preview flow,the waveform transmission flow,the setting of the monitoring work flow.The simulator power APP is installed on the operating side of the Android device.The Android device includes a Wi-Fi module.Therefore,the main controller and the collector in the simulator power supply device are connected to one router,and the simulator power APP is connected to the router through Wi-Fi to realize the data transmission by simulator power supply device and simulator power APP.The program implementation of the monitoring APP of power quality problem simulator power includes: the designs of program interface program,main class Activity program,parameter input program,waveform display program,sampling data processing program,communication program between threads and data storage program.All functions of the monitoring APP of simulator power which is designed can be realized and the technical requirements for monitoring of the power quality simulator power device can be achieved through the key technical verification and testing finally.Firstly the article puts forward the background meaning of the monitoring of the power quality simulator power device and the current development situation of domestic and international,gives the explaination of power quality and the detailed calculation method of the power quality parameters.Android system introduction and this monitoring APP design used by the platform how to choose of Android,the overall design scheme of the monitoring of the power quality simulator power based on Android system.Secondly,puts forward the modularity program design of the monitoring APP of Power quality problem simulator power is discussed in detail.Finally,puts testing in the key technical for the APP.
