At present,market competition in the process of global economic development is becoming increasingly fierce.,so that customer relationship marketing has gradually become the focus.Today,the marketing model has shifted from product-centric to customer-centric.The development of Internet has brought new changes to sales companies,which promotes the rapid development of e-commerce.Electronic customer relationship management has also evolved,which strengthens traditional customer relationship management by implementing electronic management in the e-commerce market.The e-commerce industry uses customer relationship management to link all the features of the company's business to create long-term customer relationships and customer loyalty.However,traditional e-commerce customer relationship management systems are mostly deployed locally,with slow updates and high maintenance costs.This thesis conducts in-depth research on the actual needs of the current e-commerce store customer relationship management system.The main research content is as follows:1,It conducts business analysis on the e-commerce shop customer relationship management system and understands the workflow.After understanding the situation of the main business participants,the system functions are integrated according to management needs to establish the functional modules of the topic:workbench management,customer hierarchy management,shop tool management,data marketing,data analysis and system management.Then the system was designed in detail.2,According to the requirements of the e-commerce shop customer relationship management system,it implements the system based on the MVC architecture by using C#language and MySQL database.And it gives the display interface of each function of the system.3,It clearly tests the target,configures the testing environment,writes test cases,and conducts functional tests and performance tests on the e-commerce shop customer relationship management system.It performs statistical analysis of functional tests and analyzes the performance of the system.The use of the system not only realizes the analysis of the purchase order data of the e-commerce store and realizes the layered management of the customers,but also provides the store with the data analysis of the customer buying rankings and provides the data marketing methods for the customers.It has important practical significance for e-commerce shops.
