Research On The Optimization Of S Company Storage Picking Business

In the various operations of logistics,the picking operations is a very important part of it,and its status is like the engine of a car or the heart of a human body.This is because on the one hand,the picking operations is a large workload,and it is the operation link with the most manpower,time and cost.On the other hand,with the development of ecommerce and the improvement of logistics information,the timeliness requirements of customers for ordering goods are also increasing.The higher the quality of the picking business directly affects the customer's satisfaction with the company.Therefore,the adjustment and optimization of the sorting operation can improve the efficiency of the picking operation,and can effectively improve the comprehensive business efficiency of the logistics center and reduce the production cost.This article takes the S company storage center as the research object,and explores the problems related to the optimization of picking business in the book distribution industry from the perspective of industrial engineering.Firstly,the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the application of EIQ analysis methods and the optimization of picking business are summarized.Secondly,combined with the business characteristics of S company,the existing operation procedures and warehouse layout of S company's logistics center are introduced,and the logistics center is proposed.Problems in warehousing and picking;then using EIQ analysis method to statistically analyze S company's order data;Finally,based on the data analysis results,a reasonable classification of warehouse book goods,and from the business process,storage layout planning,facilities and equipment selection,Personnel management and other aspects of the storage picking business to optimize the adjustment of the final realization of the storage center picking business optimization objectives.This article analyzes and optimizes the thinking method of S company's logistics center picking business,which is also applicable to other business processes of logistics center.This article,the optimized plan for the proposed to improve logistic center of S company picking operation procedures efficiency,raise the use efficiency of book storage space,the use of reasonable allocation of logistics facilities,so as to improve the accuracy of picking operation procedures,reduce operation errors,reduce logistics costs,improve customer satisfaction has certain reference significance.It also has certain reference value for the optimization of the same type of logistics enterprise's warehouse picking business process.
