For metering equipment such as electric energy meters,water meters,gas meters and heat meters,a number of electromagnetic compatibility tests are required before mass production can be carried out.Among them,electromagnetic radiation immunity test is one of electromagnetic compatibility tests.Therefore,a complete set of electromagnetic radiation immunity test system is critical.According to the needs of a laboratory of electromagnetic radiation immunity laboratory of a metrology institute,and in accordance with relevant national standards,the hardware equipment selection,equipment function and parameter setting,hardware connection framework of the test system were studied.A modular design concept is adopted to complete a set of software systems with complete functions and convenient operations that fully conform to national standards-related test procedures and parameters.A detailed analysis was made of the key technical points and difficulties of the software.The software can use multi-thread technology to complete the control of the hardware device,the collection of video images and the acquisition of sensor data.The field uniform field calibration method was studied.The constant field strength method was used to calibrate the system's maximum uniform field to ensure the validity of the test results.The standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty of the electromagnetic radiation immunity test system are discussed.The assessment is made from the test site and the hardware equipment according to the B-type uncertainty evaluation method.Using the above hardware and software system,electromagnetic radiation immunity tests were performed on two electric energy meters.Finally,analyze and summarize the electromagnetic radiation immunity laboratory project.
