To ensure electronic systems and instruments can work reliably in a radiation environment,it is necessary to do the radiation hardening.At present,Aerospace Engineering and microelectronic technology in China are developing rapidly.Therefore,it puts forward higher requirements for the numerical calculation of the radiation effects on the devices,circuits and systems,also for the Co-simulation technology.A complete radiation hardening simulation process often involves multiple disciplines and spans multiple domains.Therefore,multiple simulation systems are required to perform distributed cooperative simulation.However,to achieve distributed cooperative simulation,two key issues need to be solved.The first problem is how different simulation nodes can communicate and be invoked remotely on a distributed system.The second problem is the interoperability between different simulation software due to the different input and output formats.The purpose of this paper is to design and implement a middleware system to solve these two key problems,and help the radiation-hardened platform do the co-simulation whit various simulation services.In order to achieve the research goal,the research work I have done is as follows:First,the middleware of radiation-hardened digital simulation platform based on "bus-component" architecture is designed and implemented by using message middleware technology,and a middleware architecture based on microservice and message bus is proposed.Second,a common middleware interface specification is proposed,based on which other simulation software can be easily mounted on the message bus and added to the cosimulation platform.Third,do research on the input and output format of software involved in the field of radiation hardening.And the data conversion algorithms were designed and implemented among the software,including Pro E and MCNP.The data conversion between Pro E and MCNP is the hardest algorithm to design among the software in the field of radiation hardening.And the conversion middleware of Pro E and MCNP has been implementedbased on the general middleware interface specification,which validates the correctness of the interface specification and the feasibility of middleware can realize the co-simulation on the platform.The middleware for the Radiation Hardening Digital Simulation Platform has already solved the two key problems.At the same time,it has a certain reliability and efficiency in message transmission,and can meet the needs of multi people to perform simulation tasks on the platform.After testing,the middleware designed and implemented in this paper can assist the Radiation Hardening Digital Simulation Platform to achieve synergistic and automatic simulation.And to a certain extent,it can improve the efficiency of radiation reinforcement simulation.
