Along with the rapid development of information technology, Internet of Thing(IOT) has become another emerging information technology after the computer、Internet and mobile communication network. It integrates RFID 、 sensors 、 network communication and database technology, RFID technology is one of the key technologies in underlying data acquisition, Which plays a decisive role. Since C hina’s own RFID air interface protocol enacted, the corresponding radio frequency identify equipment development is under way, A completed test system for inspecting the developed equipment is needed urgently, but the relevant work progress is slow, especially in difficult aspects, such as reader sensitivity testing, multi- tag anti-collision testing and etc. This dissertation has a deep study on the RFID test system design、multi- tag anti-collision performance testing and reader sensitivity testing, and the research results has been used in testing RFID device which based on independent standard.At first, two RFID test system is designed based on independent air interface protocol. The test items of RFID device based on independent standard is summed firstly, and also made explanations on the item’s definition. Then according to the basic design requirements that fully functional, automation and test results repeatable, RFID test system based on NI software-defined radio platform and discrete instruments is designed separately, where the former only completed conformance testing, the latter not only completed conformance testing but also tag performance testing. Finally, the development process of the two systems are summarized and contrsted.In the second part of the thesis, the RFID reader sensitivity test method is studied. then we propose an improved RFID reader sensitivity test method which is simple and easy to implement. Through the study on radar receiver and general communication system sensitivity test method, we found that this method is not suitable for RFID reader sensitivity testing. The proposed test method takes into consideration that there is inevitable co-channel interference while RFID reader is working, and the actual test environment of RFID reader sensitivity tests is established.In the third part of the thesis, the test method of multi-tag anti-collision performance is studied. For existing anti-collision test method provides insufficient data, we proposed a novel test method of multi-tag anti-collision performance testing. The proposed method employ real-time spectrum analyzer for signal acquisition, and its appropriate signal analysis software is designed, which reproduce reader anti-collision process and provide sufficient data for anti-collision algorithm improvement.
