With the development of wireless communication network,wireless body area network has been the concern of various society fields.Wireless body area network(WBAN)can be used in many areas,especially in the medical field.WBAN consists of three parts,sensors of the body surface,central control system and remote control system.Wireless sensors are placed on the surface of the human body,which can measure important information ofbody and transmit it to devices such as mobile phone wirelessly.Then information can be further transferred to the remote control system and make treatment programs.Due to the complex human environment,coupled with the interference of human factors and other uncertain factors,for example the wireless network node distance is very close,the communication channel time dispersion and so on,the transmission data will be lost,and inter-symbol interference,multiple access interference as well as multipath fading will be made.Data may be interrupted during transmission or other abnormal circumstances,if the wrong data is transmitted,it will have influence on doctor's diagnosis and further treatment options.Therefore,in the process of data transmission,a suitable method for the complex human environment should be designed for to ensure that the actual application of data can be accurately sent to the follow-up processing center.In order to improve the security and reliability of signal transmission in the channel,following research will be made in this thesis.The development process of WBAN and the research status at home and abroad has been studied in this thesis.Characteristics of wireless transmission and the related technology used in WBAN are important points.Each channel model of WBAN is simulated in this thesis.Different spread code for signal transmission is used in this thesis,and study the influence of different spread code on transmission performance in WBAN is discussed.Because the transmission performance of the pseudo noise(PN)code is not good enough and the data loss is easy,thezero correlation duration(ZCD)code with better anti-multiple access interference performance and better transmission performance is used as the signal transmission code in this thesis,in order to improve the performance of the system.At the signal receive end,the signal detection is carried out by using different signal detection methods,and the influence of different detection modes on the transmission performance in WBAN is studied.As the general linear detection method is susceptible to channel interference,the ordered successive interference cancellation(OSIC)method is used in this thesis,which can reduce the interference,and improve the transmission performance of the system.Simulation results show that using ZCD code as system spreading code and using MMSE-OSIC signal detection method at signal receiving end can further improve the transmission performance of the wireless body area network.Spread spectrum technology,pulse amplitude modulation(PAM)modulation demodulationtechnology,ultra wideband(UWB)technology,multiple-input-multiple-output(MIMO)technology will be used in WBAN,and they will be further analysis in the thesis.
