| By the end of 2016,China's installed generating capacity and electric energy production have ranked 1st all over the world.This large demand for power and its equipped capacity generates a potential power market,which applies intelligent visual operation and maintenance.By the end of the 12 th five-year plan period,the coverage ratio of low voltage automatic measurement in Guangdong power company was only 19%.However,in lots of prefectual-level cities(such as Zhaoqing),the smart meters installation ratio was nearly 100%.Take Zhaoqing power company as an example,with the development of the real estate industry,the number of power users in Zhaoqing has increased about 8% annually.Therefore,Guangdong Power Company is now focusing on setting up a centralized meter reading system,which will definitely decrease the meter readers in the future.At that time,the focus of work will be shifted to intelligent low voltage wave's automatic operation and maintenance.In the on-going manual meter reading system,according to the reflections of the meter readers,the difficulty of ammeter locating greatly increases the difficulty of data recording,which results in their poor work efficiency.This dissertation mainly focuses on elucidating the design and application of intelligent meter operation and maintenance mobile management system in Zhaoqing,in order to solve the problems mentioned above.The smart meter operation and maintenance mobile management system is composed of a network access system(software)and locating facilities(hardware).The software system integrates the date of low voltage equipment and its GPS information from GPS positioning,map platform,visual interaction design and topology database,which means it can utilize third party maps API to obtain basic geographic information,such as maps,latitude,longitude,landmark places,etc.What's more,this software can also invoke SDK re-development and mobile GPS function and combine with the day-to-day business process,in order to solve the problem of route generation and equipment location.The intelligent meter operation and maintenance mobile management software system has provided substantial assistance in optimizing the routine business and improving the organizational structure and management mode.Moreover,it canreasonably allocate human resources,immediately figure out the abnormal situations,and effectively respond and solve the problems.The intelligent electricity meter mobile operation and maintenance system locates the low-voltage measuring devices through GIS map,which forms a visual route for establishing the daily task background management,remote task assignment and real-time marketing and distribution data analysis,in order to effectively solve the existing problems arising in the daily meter reading process. |
