With the rapid development of liquid crystal display technology,liquid crystal display products have been more and more widely used.In the production of liquid crystal glass,The cleanliness and integrity of liquid crystal glass are the key factors affecting the quality of LCD screens.Therefore,designing a cleaning machine suitable for China's existing liquid crystal glass,integrating cleaning and crushing detection has practical significance for improving the production quality of liquid crystal display products.In this paper,according to the existing ultrasonic cleaning process of liquid crystal screen,Designs a motion control and detection scheme of the cleaning machine which integrates the functions of cleaning and crushing detection.A motion control unit for the whole cleaning process of LCD screen based on PLC logic programmer is designed and implemented.Completed the cleaning process and met the accuracy requirements required to produce LCD screens,Achieve the function of liquid crystal glass cleaning.In order to control the synchronization and real-time requirements of the site,CC-link fieldbus technology is used to realize the remote control and monitoring of multi-channel motor and multi-dimensional information,so as to achieve the purpose of fast and accurate transmission of data signals generated during the production process.Aiming at the damage that may occur after cleaning the LCD screen,combined with the internal structure of the cleaning machine,a method based on machine vision for glass breakage detection is proposed,and the corresponding detection system is designed and implemented.Through the preprocessing of gray enhancement,edge detection and Hough line detection,the feature quantity of the gray level co-occurrence matrix reflecting the broken area is extracted,and the matching is performed based on this,The detection of damage to the LCD screen is completed.The research results of this paper have been used in ultrasonic dry cleaning equipment.After half a year of use,the system designed in this paper is stable and the test results are reliable.
