Medical ultrasound is a cross-subject that relates to acoustics, computer science, medicine, mathematics, etc. Ultrasound technique has history of spanning more than half century since it is first introduced into medical field and it experiences very fast development. The purpose of study medical ultrasound is to solve concerned problems of biomedicine by taking advantage of the carriers of information-detected and it is based on modern electronics, computer technology, information technology, computer image processing technology, etc. Ultrasound assistant diagnosis is receiving more and more attention because ultrasound is safe, easily-obtained and conveniently-applied.Medical ultrasound imagining is one of the most widely-used diagnosis imagining technologies. With the development of ultrasound assistant diagnosis during past several decades, ultrasound imagining technology is becoming more and more mature and advanced electronics and computer imagining technology improved the quality of ultrasound images greatly. However, there are still some problems, for example, the resolution of images is not as high as X-CT technology's. The primary reason is that there is much information carried in ultrasound echoes but only a little is used in medical diagnosis. Therefore, if we want to make breakthrough development of ultrasound imaging in medical diagnosis, we should exert great efforts to analyze the hidden information in ultrasound echoes and the its imaging principle.Based on what above mentioned, this thesis is made on the principle of ultrasound imaging in medical diagnosis. First the history, the imagining characteristic, and the theory of ultrasound assistant diagnosis and theimagining system are introduced. And then the vibration equations of ultrasound and the mathematical modeling of Doppler ultrasound are analyzed. Finally ultrasound echoes' note, coordinates' collection and ultrasound chart' plotted are accomplished by using computer simulation system, in order to get some illuminating help to improve the quality of ultrasound images for the future study.
