In recent years, because of B-Ultrasound has some unique characteristics, such as nondestructive, real-time, cheapness, and great potential in terms of quantitative analysis, real-time monitoring and treatment planning, it has been widely used in clinical practice. With the popularity of computer hardware and software increasingly rich resources in life, the medical equipment companies are starting to use the computer as a hardware platform to dev elop comprehensive, multi-functional, high-performance ultrasound products.Due to the ultrasonic data acquisition communication system and image processing system almost have been used in all the ultrasonic software system, some issues have been occurred, such as the extension, reusability of the system. For such problems, relies on digital actually planning of B-project, this research has mainly developed a subtle and extensible system about ultrasound data acquisition communicat ions and image processing. On the basis of the functional requirements, the system has been divided into ultrasonic data acquisition and communication system and ultrasonic image processing system. Ultrasonic data acquisition and communication system has been used to receive real-time communication ultrasonic raw data, and execute some operations about the original pre-processed ultrasound data frames writing and reading long video image data, transmission and control commands, commands of interactive subsystems with front desk.Ult rasonic image processing system has executed the operators of Pseudo-color image conversion, frame correlation processing, flip transformation, gray transform, noise reduction processing activity diagrams freeze after the system image processing operation. After integration and commissioning, the project is not only in the actual project system has improved functional requirements greatly, but also have good scalability, multi-platform portability and reusability secondary development.With the increasingly fierce competition about various B-equipment, B-ultrasound image quality of the device directly determines the quality of the excellent device. In the process of developing system, an improved anisotropic diffusion filter algorithm has been designed mainl y for medical ultrasound images in the multiplicative speckle noise. Based on the analysis of traditional and existing improvement the model, this study has put forward improvement scheme for the gradient threshold setting and diffusion function selection and control of diffusion direction. Through ultrasound image simulation, this study has verified the effectiveness of the algorithm, and compared both in holding the edge in the ultrasound image and noise processing.
