Media Strategies Of "Embedded" Democracy In China From The Perspective Of Cultural Communication

China began to implement the system of village cadre audition in rural areas in 1999,and now it has been 20 years.Constrained by the fact that the ancient rulers of China took "Confucianism" as the main strategy of governing the country,after years of cultural grounding,coupled with the closed communication environment and lagging communication means,the link of "subjectivity" of Chinese people to"citizenship" was blocked.At the same time,in the social structure under the influence of new media environment,the changes of communication mode and media also have a decisive influence on democracy in China,especially in rural society.The author through to the western and Chinese culture mode of transmission and the media strategy of democracy to comb,comparing its historical origin and the survival environment,combining with the tutor team nearly 20 years of rural audition,on-site view and form of election survey,analysis of the "embedded" democracy in China's growth,from the perspective of communication studies of democracy in China's media strategy is put forward,the space of the construction of an open network,shape the citizen voters,build equal dialogue platform,improve citizen voice and build online and offline practice double training mode,improve the electorate technique is an effective way to solve this problem.
