Study On Bullet Screen From The Perspective Of Youth Subculture

In the context of the globalization of the Internet,the new video viewing form of the bullet screen has gradually spread throughout the network through various aspects of promotion and application.Because the bullet screen is inseparable from thesecond-element culture,teenagers are their main use group,which gives users more unprecedented novel experiences.The bullet screen is a new carrier for the youth group to express their individuality.They integrate their own style and characteristics.These unique behaviors and styles gradually form a bullet screen culture and gradually become a cultural phenomenon.Based on the subculture theory represented by the Birmingham School,this paper uses the methods of participatory observation,text analysis and in-depth interviews to conduct an in-depth analysis of the young culture of the bullet screen youth.Taking the video game website(hereinafter referred to as B station)as the research object,the text analysis method is used to analyze the expression form and style of the barrage and the barrage text,and the high-level B station members and new inbound stations are adopted.The members conducted in-depth interviews to understand and reveal the motives of the use of the bullet screen group and the impact of the buffalo subculture on the bullet screen group.The study found that the youth subculture represented by the Bilibili's bullet screen group exerted a certain degree of resistance to the mainstream culture through the use of parody,irony,collage and secondary creation,but the resistance was achieved in the play of the bullet screen group.And achieve an entertaining effect.The mainstream culture is based on the media's labeling and commercialization of pornography and vulgarity.The compilation does not completely erase the subculture.There is still a deeper interaction between the two sides in culture.The subculture will choose to integrate with the mainstream culture in order to develop the future.
