Bullet Screen As A Medium

From the perspective of communication science to study the bullet curtain,bullet curtain is not a simple media addition,it has changed our current communication picture as an intermediary.From the quasi social communication with the text,the communication with others on the Internet,to the recognition of the interesting culture,the interaction between social groups,and the bullet curtain,all play an important role,which has not been fully carried out in the current communication research.Under the guidance of mediation theory,this paper attempts to explore: what is the relationship between bullet curtain,video text and users when it is regarded as an intermediary;how the user groups formed by bullet curtain interact with each other;how station B,a part of the intermediary system,and bullet curtain work together.Station B is the most successful website to introduce bullet curtain in China.The development of station B is inseparable from bullet curtain.Compared with other video websites,the performance of bullet curtain in station B is also better.Therefore,station B is the main research site.Based on Debray's theory of mediation,this paper analyzes the bullet curtain from three aspects: relationship building,cultural practice and the transformation of thought into matter.First of all,I participated in the community of Bilibili barrage video network as a researcher to observe how many participants made the barrage about their own meaning,and how this kind of barrage overlapped and interacted in the complex field of cyberspace.Secondly,focusing on the core issue of "the essence of the bullet curtain from the perspective of intermediary",14 video users from all over the country were interviewed in-depth.Finally,on the basis of the overall understanding,we use two cases-Animation "that year's rabbit those things" and B station cross year party to connect the full text point of view,making the research more vivid.It is found that the intervention of the bullet screen makes the video text and users have a new relationship.The bullet screen gives the video text unexpected new meaning,and also reconstructs the way of user communication.The key to establishing the relationship lies in the cultural practice in the process of mediation,including taking the interest culture as the basis,avoiding the group opposition with the interaction rules;dissecting the bullet screen as the intermediary From the point of view,it has its own intermediary system.Station B is its active communication equipment,and "out of the loop" is the result of the joint action of the intermediary system including the bullet curtain and station B.The way of looking at the bullet curtain is not only the window of intermediary theory,but also the way of looking at things.Bullet curtain,as an intermediary,is also changing the society in the process of development.What we do is not to affirm or deny,but to observe its blood connection and observe its trend.
