With the popularization of e-commerce,people can complete the online transaction of goods anytime and anywhere through the Internet and mobile client.Electricity brought in the rapid development of the urban core area of the spurt of growth also contributed to the surrounding area(suburb or town)distribution and the rapid growth of demand for electricity customers geographically dispersed and distributed unevenly, with small batch, high frequency, personalized characteristics that independent distribution facing the dual challenges of distribution costs and delivery time,How to realize the effective integration of logistics resources and reduce the cost of logistics distribution has become an urgent problem for e-commerce logistics distribution. On the basis of analyzing the demand of e-comm erce logistics terminal distribution, this paper finds that the research and practice of e-commerce terminal distribution at home and abroad are insufficient to support the current demand. In order to effectively solve this problem, this paper, based on the concept of crowdsourcing under the sharing economy, considers to reduce the cost of e-commerce logistics terminal distribution by using crowdsourced vehicles' on-route piggy-back delivery.Crowdsourced vehicles and basic vehicles of logistics companies jointly complete the distribution task, and accordingly proposes the problem of e-commerce logistics terminal collaborative distribution considering on-route piggy-back delivery.First of all,to consider the drop from the synergy distribution problems based on the analysis of the characteristics, constructed on the target of minimizing the total cost of integer programming model;Secondly,in order to effectively solve the constructed mathematical model, based on the analysis of the characteristics of the co-distribution model, the fusion genetic algorithm, local search algorithm and hybrid algorithm are designed, and an effective crossover and mutation operator, neighborhood structure and initial solution construction algorithm are designed to improve the search performance. Finally, the validity of the model and algorithm is verified by taking the logistics distribution of an e-commerce enterprise in changsha as the application object. The research shows that smooth piggyback delivery can significantly reduce the overall operating cost by increasing the number of vehicles used and increasing the utilization rate of vehicles, which has good practical application and promotion value.
