In recent years,the rapid rise of the Internet and e-commerce industry,the explosive growth of small and scattered goods distribution,on the one hand,promoted the rapid development of the logistics industry,on the other hand,it also brought great pressure to the logistics service and urban management.How to meet the demand of express logistics service and reduce the cost of logistics is a common concern of logistics industry.In the face of the end distribution problem in the e-commerce environment,the realization of joint distribution is undoubtedly an efficient and collaborative operation mode which is conducive to the optimization of social resources.This paper takes the joint distribution mode in the e-commerce environment as the research object,and discusses the relevant mode selection,location and distribution problems,which has certain theoretical significance and practical value.The main research of this paper are as follows:First of all,on the basis of summarizing the relevant research results of terminal distribution,this paper analyzes and expounds the advantages and disadvantages of the three major terminal distribution operation modes at present.Combined with the requirements of all parties for terminal distribution under the environment of e-commerce,it puts forward the joint distribution mode,which aims to establish the terminal joint distribution network by integrating two or more third-party logistics enterprises or ecommerce logistics enterprises To make unified distribution of goods,reduce operation cost and improve logistics service level.After that,aiming at the location problem of joint distribution outlets at the end of logistics in e-commerce environment,the paper uses K-means clustering algorithm to solve the optimal number and location of joint distribution outlets,and verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm through python programming;then,on this basis,it further studies the vehicle path optimization problem of joint distribution at the end,based on the impact of consumers on the development of e-commerce Response,the introduction of fuzzy time window as the core of customer satisfaction,build a multi-objective vehicle path optimization model based on satisfaction,using improved coding genetic algorithm to solve.Finally,taking the real data of 2-3km terminal distribution near Zhongguancun subway station in Beijing as an example,the network location and distribution path optimization scheme of joint distribution in this area are produced,and compared with the original self-supporting distribution schemes of Zhongtong,Shentong and Baishi Huitong.The calculation results show that:(1)70%,75% and 80% of the satisfaction status of the three-way are taken as the joint distribution mode When the satisfaction threshold value is 80%,the overall customer satisfaction corresponding to the optimal solution of network location and path planning of the joint distribution mode is higher than 80%,and the cost of joint distribution is lower than the sum of the total cost of each distribution of three logistics enterprises,which proves the benefit of joint distribution in cost and customer satisfaction;(2)when the customer satisfaction threshold value is 80%,the joint distribution mode is adopted,although there is Cost advantage,but customer satisfaction is slightly lower than the total cost of the three enterprises' respective distribution.Enterprises can choose the joint distribution mode or self-supporting mode according to their own strategic development requirements.There are 38 figures,9 tables,and 57 references in this paper.
