| The onrushing development of e-commerce has brought the revo- lution of the field of circulation,and prompts the change of distribution from tradition to informationization,modernization and socialization.At the same time,the development of e-commerce also urgently needs the support of this new kind of distribution。Owing to the fact that customer has called for the higher requ- irement in the content,time,standard of service,modern equipment for dividing choosing and distributing goods must be brought into meeting these requirements of customer.Otherwise the system of job can not be correctly,rapidly,safely and cheaply built.Therefore,based on the requ-irement in rationalization of logistics and extendment of market,the center of distribution is produced.On the other hand,from the point of view of the chain of supp- lying,the exchange of information between supplier,producer,dealer and customer is tighter and tighter.At the same time,the share of information and interoperation is more and more frequent inside the enterprise and between the enterprises.What kind of MIS should be built and how to build it for adapting to the management of the companies dealing with distribution of goods has become an important subject .The Borland company is the on top provider of technology in the world,whose technology is chiefly used to develop,distribut and integrate software.The outstanding technology scheme that the Borland corporation provides is directly applied to interoperate.All the enterprises on various scopes can successfully step into the times of calculation based on internet by means of this , and at the same time promotes the value of application of system . The Borland corporation makes its customer freely develop , distribute here and there,integrate and manage application inside the whole enterprise .Borland's scheme can help the enterprise to raise effic- iency , reduce the total cost and make the customer much more quickly and economically accomplish projects.Based on above-mentioned knowledge,the author expatiates the theory of distribution under e-commerce,detailedly analyzes the flow of ditribution depending on the relation of information,logistics and funds, puts forward the schema of the system of distribution based on Delphi- 7.Bsed on requirement of system,Web Services,IntraWeb,QReport is introduced to develop the MIS.The thesis is divided into four chapters.In the first chapter,at first,author sets forth the basic characteristics of distribution under e-commerce, and introduces the system of distribu- tion based on center of distribution.Then author presents the function of the system of distribution.Furthermore,the author introduces the import- ance of the system of management of storage.Finally,the author introduces the present situation of the software of logistics inland. In the second chapter,firstly,the basic requirement of selection of development tool is introduced.Secondly,the characteristics of delphi7 applied to develop application of enterprise is discussed ,specially Data- Snap , BizSnap , WebSnap and ItraWeb are emphasized.In the third chapter,first of all,the goals of the system are put for- ward.Secondly,the schema of how to etablish the system is dealt with. Then,the flow of job and information is gone into particulars.Besides that,the functional modules is divided.Finnaly,the tables are designed and the database is created.In the forth chapter,there are three sections.BizSnap is brought into develop an application of Web Services.Whereafter,the component of QReport is applied to develop the crossing report based the dynamic data- source.Moreover,IntraWeb is brought into developing the system of the management of logistics.
