With the rise of e-commerce and the booming development of urban logistics and express delivery industry,green logistics has gradually become a hot topic in society.As a result,e-commerce companies are paying more and more attention to environmental protection.They use electric logistics vehicles instead of traditional fuel vehicles to distribute in cities in order to reduce the pollution of carbon emissions.This makes the application of electric logistics vehicles in urban distribution and the last kilometer wider and more important.The popularization and application of electric logistics vehicles also puts forward new research topics for the urban distribution network of e-commerce enterprises.This paper studies the urban distribution of e-commerce enterprises based on electric logistics vehicles,and constructs a three-level logistics network design model for the urban distribution of e-commerce enterprises considering the application of electric logistics vehicles.The model aims at minimizing the total cost,which includes the vehicle transportation cost from the urban logistics center to the urban transit center,the operation and package handling cost of the urban transit center,and the electric logistics vehicle.The paper designs a hybrid optimization algorithm based on genetic algorithm to solve the problem,and takes the urban distribution of Chongqing main urban area of S e-commerce company as an example to calculate the impact of vehicle rental mode,vehicle type selection and demand changes on urban distribution.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Comparing with the direct purchase of electric logistics vehicles by enterprises,the paper leases electric goods.(2)Compared with traditional fuel vehicles,distribution using electric logistics vehicles has obvious advantages in terms of carbon emissions and variable distribution costs,although it has little reduction in total cost;(3)the distribution cost of terminal demand points accounts for the largest proportion of the total cost of the whole logistics system,reaching 57.4%.The terminal distribution link is an important part of urban logistics optimization;(4)The distribution cost of terminal demand points is the most important part of urban logistics optimization.With the increase of demand scale,the unit cost of parcels decreases.When the scale is doubled,the unit cost decreases by 19.9%.This shows that the urban distribution logistics of S E-commerce company conforms to the law of scale economy.Finally,combining the current development situation and future development trend of the electric logistics vehicle industry,the paper puts forward that leasing the electric logistics vehicle is more suitable than purchasing it directly for the commercial enterprises,which can reduce the cost and expenditure while reducing the financial burden for the enterprises,and compared with using the traditional fuel vehicle,the electronic commerce enterprises have more advantages in some aspects in using the distribution of the electric logistics vehicle and other related management suggestion.
