It can be said that the system is the optimization and rich of the online personnel management system before.This paper mainly analyzes about the difference between the web-personnel management system and the traditional personnel management, the inadequate of the personnel management system functions before, and introduces the work what the system can complete, and we also explain the main flow of the system’s analysis and design. In addition, the paper also introduces on the use of technology and ideas briefly. Throughout the implementation process of the system, we use the object-oriented thinking from start to finish. First of all, paper analysis the system needs, to ensure that the system should meet the demand. Second, paper use UML methods make some models. Then according these we use ExtJS design the original interface model, further use of Java coding, testing, and system maintenance, and ultimately complete the system. In addition to object-oriented thinking, the site’s design is in accordance with the habits of the people’s day-to-day operations, which make the system easy for users to use.
