As a large-scale operator,the core works of Shanghai Unicom are to maintain existing customers and expand customer base.The increasingly fierce competition in the market today has prompted Shanghai Unicom to focus on transforming and improving the customer analysis and marketing system,so as to truly grasp the customer's behavior habits based on the customer's value and consumer psychology.The company has some problems in the collection of user information,and the utilization of customer information is low,and it is impossible to form a complete decision-making strategy.Shanghai Unicom decided to develop a customer analysis marketing system for the operator using the user portrait form.The system uses Hadoop platform and Flume and other label technologies in user portraits to achieve data access and label planning.The development technology of the customer analysis marketing system includes the JFinal framework,the Oracle database,and the like.The JFinal framework effectively integrates the functional components included in the traditional framework,and does not need to specify the relationship between components through the configuration file,which truly reflects the lightweight core concept.The analysis of customer data involves many aspects such as mining and report processing,and the data analysis and processing tasks are large.Oracle has unique advantages in the management analysis of large amounts of data,and it is applicable to the related work of this system.The system first realizes the operation of the data source and target analysis tasks of the user portrait system.The customer analysis marketing system implements modules such as customer insight,product tariff rehearsal,competitor analysis,package management,channel management,business inventory,operational monitoring,and system management.Customer insights completes customer grouping,view viewing,customer segment analysis and more.The product tariff preview function has the design of tariff rules and the selection of target customers.Competitor analysis element includes user number competition,traffic competition,and so on.The package management realizes the view,comparison,and analysis of the package.The channel management includes the analysis of business development risks,channel views,and product commission costs.The operating inventory can analyze the user MOU price,monthly view and other elements.The operational monitoring target element includes group,business,traffic,and development.In addition,the system management module is used to manage the basic elements such as logs,roles,and employees.The system has innovated Shanghai Unicorn's previous customer analysis marketing work mechanism.It enhances the targeting of user data collection by adopting user portrait technology.The value of data such as customer behavior can be dig deeper.It provides an important reference and basis for the company to develop a reasonable and feasible marketing plan.At the same time,the quality of the data and the business norms are effectively guaranteed,and the ideas for the operation of the operators are clarified.
