To address the lack of information data and the resulting value could only be right or wrong of the traditional expert systems or the exact value of the evaluation model. Through the quality of international students the research evaluation system developments, discuss the importance of Comprehensive Evaluation of the students. This uses the students'usually evaluation data, combined with mathematical modeling in the fuzzy evaluation like human thinking, and comprehensive evaluation based on fuzzy reasoning mechanism of the mathematical model; it gets a comprehensive evaluation when input in all aspects'index of students'quality. Because the students'evaluated system needs processing number of evaluation of the students'quality, with generous data, as well as a complexity of mathematical models, but with the current popularity of computer, it is possible that use computer to resolve the mathematical model for the development of appropriate quality evaluation system, as wele as large volume of data.In this study, we discuss the reasoning mechanism of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to establish the principle and process, with the current popular method of software design and development tools, quality evaluation system of students with computer programming mathematical model and computing the basis of the model system input and output interfaces. Based on the system requirements of analyses and business logic of the anatomy, the paper discuss design of the database, development environment of the application and the program design modes, as well as analysis of the system architecture model, the software system divided into system maintainance, students'information, index system, and data statistical function modules, we also discuss the analysis of the design process and implementation. Through quality software systems, the students can get evaluation data of the daily life, aware of their shortcomings, so students can enhance their quality of training by this good platform of automated testing.
