With the gradual improvement of the real estate industry,Lushang Real Estate is also growing and expanding.The member management system for computer informationization can facilitate the maintenance of member materials,points,merchants and other resources,and effectively promote the relationship between the profession and members.Due to the continuous development and improvement of the number and the system of Lushang Real Estate,the workload of the members has increased,the membership information has been updated quickly,and the amount of points is large.Therefore,Lushang Real Estate needs to rely on a informationalized management system to provide the members with more convenient management method and bring more care and services to the membersThe technology of the Lushang Real Estate member management system is mainly based on Java language.The frameworks adopted are Struts framework,Spring framework and Mybatis framework.The member-related materials are stored in SQL Server 2014 database.The system mainly designs member information,member card number,points,point redemption,point transfer,member care,member application,activity,alliance merchant and other forms.The JSP page managed by the members can display the specific fuctions.After the user accesses the command and the form content,Struts framework is used to load the corresponding control class in the configuration file.The control class performs the business logic interface and service through the transaction mechanism of Spring framework.The processing of business logic also requires the DAO interface and the DAO implementation of Mybatis framework to complete the mapping of the databaseAfter investigating the actual work of Lushang Real Estate,the member management system mainly operates owners,member administrators,home buyers and leaders of Lushang Real Estate,and divides the business into six parts,including basic data management,member setting,member application management,point management,merchant management,and analysis report.Among them,basic data management is for the maintenance of the data dictionary information in the member management,member setting provides convenience for the member management;member application can facilitate Lushang Real Estate do the service of screening and caring 'for the members;point management can be responsible for point record and transfer,and can provide redemption operations;merchant management is for the maintenance of the alliance business related to the activities and activities established by Lushang Real Estate;and analysis report is the statistics of the core materials in the member management.After being applied in Lushang Real Estate,the system can improve the service quality of Lushang Real Estate,ensure good membership,enhance the satisfaction rate of members and customers,and achieve the win-win effect among enterprises,customers,investors and other partners in the society.
