Design And Implementation Of The Web-based Membership Management System

With the rapid development of information science and Internet, all walks of lifeare stepping into the office automation time, which can use highly informationizedplatform to get higher efficiency. Shaanxi Electronics Institute is a very importantinstitute in Shaanxi province. It has five subordinate committee, one office and morethan3500members. The management work is complex and hard, so that the membermanagement system based Web is required.This paper has developed the function of member management system of ShaanxiElectronics Institute after analyzing its requirement, and also has realized it. Thesystem is based on B/S3-tier structure and developed on WIMP (Windows+IIS+MySQL+PHP) platform.Firstly, the paper analyzes the background and requirement of the question. Thenit introduces the progress of developing software, the analysis of the object-orientedsystem and the modeling of the UML system. It goes into particulars of the mainfunction of each module of the system. The design of the database the function of themodules is discussed. Finally, the paper has given the security policy and theoptimization method after testing the system. This system is of great value to ShaanxiElectronics Institute.
