Analysis And Design Of Membership Information Management System Of Jiangmen City Industry And Trade Vocational And Technical Schools

This paper analyzes and designs a member information management system which can complete the management of the members from the traditional manual work to the modern way, which makes the management of the members of the League of Jiangmen city.First of all, this article introduces the background and significance of the research background and significance of the information management system of Jiangmen industry and Trade Vocational and technical school. At the same time, it puts forward the construction target and significance of the member information management system,Secondly, the second chapter of the system needs analysis, the use of software engineering, UML modeling and database technology, the member information management system to carry on the detailed demand analysis, including on to join the league, the league and League activities, registration, membership fee, the main business of group membership management is analyzed in detail. At the same time, the function of the system, data and non functional requirements analysis. Mainly use the activity diagram to describe the members of the management of key business processes; use case diagram is used to describe the functional requirements of the system; in the data analysis, the use of the system class diagram and class diagram thumbnail said, in the non functional requirements analysis mainly from the two aspects of performance requirements and security requirements were analyzed.Again, in the third chapter of the system design, the system were overall design, use of the package diagrams to describe the system’s main function modules, including basic information management, system management, the league management, member management, members of the league management, members of daily affairs management function module. Detailed design of each functional module, including functional structure design of each functional module, class diagram design, the management of the time sequence diagram design description and core operation of the core processing flow chart description. In the design of the database, the main use of entity class (E-R) diagram to describe the relationship between entities, with the database structure table to describe the database design.At last, the paper summarizes the work of the research, and points out the shortcomings of the paper and the improvement of the future work.
