In the new media era,adolescent reading has been promoted to the height of cultural strategy.Audio reading has made up for the shortcomings of traditional reading methods.It not only provides reading services for young readers,but also features high efficiency,convenience,environmental protection and eye protection.It provides convenient learning conditions for young people.In recent years,the state has invested a large amount of financial support and legal system guarantee for the audio reading industry.As the authoritative organization of knowledge dissemination,the library has the responsibility to develop new types of audio reading services for young readers.The construction of library audio reading services should not only meet the requirements of digital development of libraries but also meet the individual and diversified needs of libraries' low-aged readers,which is the sublimation of the library's "people-oriented" service concept in the context of the new media era.This study tries to explore the issue of the audio reading service mechanism for young people in the library with the characteristics of new media and young people.The purpose of this study is to establish a audio reading service mechanism for library' young readers.The demand has prompted the library to implement the audio reading service for young people smoothly,enhance the service competitiveness of the library,and adapt to the changing times.This study is divided into seven parts to introduce,as follows: The first part introduces the research background,significance,and phenomena at home and abroad,research main ideas,research methods and innovations.The second part mainly expounds the concept of new media,adolescent,audio reading,library audio reading service,and starts from the internal connection of new media,youth,library service,and analyzes the interaction between the three.And the meaning of the library's audio reading service.The third part mainly expounds the current situation of the young people's audio reading service in the domestic and foreign libraries.Through the review of the current situation literature,the author puts forward the problems of the audio reading service for the young people in the domestic libraries and the enlightenment of the adolescent audio reading service in the foreign libraries.The fourth part analyzes the audio reading needs of young people in Dalian library by questionnaires.Through the analysis of the survey results,the demand for audio reading services for teenagers is summarized.In the fifth part,aiming at the needs of library adolescents' audio reading service and the existing problems of domestic teenagers' audioreading,this paper constructs a library youth audio reading service mechanism based on the characteristics of new media.The subsystems include sound resource construction and librarians' effective learning,audio reading platform construction,audio reading promotion,audio information feedback,audio material review and supervision.The sixth part is mainly aimed at the problems existing in the library audio reading service for teenagers.Based on the proposed effective service mechanism,the paper puts forward the implementation strategies of the specific audio services for young people in the library,including the development of the sound program mechanism for the youngsters,the enhance mechanism of the librarian media and professional Knowledge literacy,management mechanism for young people's audio reading services,the improvement of promotion mechanism of young people's audio reading services,and strengthening of adolescent audio reading audit mechanism.Finally,the paper summarizes the shortcomings and future development of the research.
