Research And Application Of Data Mining In Campus Card Data Analysis

With the constant improvement of XinJiang Agricultural University campus card system function and the expansion of the range of application,fast and convenient way of credit card become an indispensable way of consumption in the daily life of the whole school.During the credit card process,the students and teachers generate a large amount of data on the daily life of the cardholder,and the data that is rich in knowledge is not really being used.How to effectively manage and data mining of relevant data is the key to building a smart campus.The scientific research of this thesis has a certain practical significance in school management,it can provide a decision aid support and promote the scientific management level at the same time.This research to the XinJiang Agricultural University students in the campus card system daily records of consumption,water consumption record and library card record as the research object,by using the current relatively popular data warehouse and data mining technology to knowledge discovery of the object,and puts forward suggestions for the optimization of work.The steps are as follows: firstly,this paper made clear the research of data mining goals and completed the construction of data warehouse according to the requirements analysis;secondly,according to the data feature selection algorithm of mining right,work out schemes for data mining and data mining model was set up.This study completed the students daily consumption level clustering model,hot water consumption clustering model associated with student learning behavior model of the design and implementation of the three data mining tasks;then,the final results of the data mining would show through the visual form of each model in the XinJiang Agricultural University id data analysis platform which had been built before;finally,we analyzed the results of the model output and put forward the reasonable suggestions and improvement proposals for the relevant functional departments of the school.In the study of data mining algorithm,the deficiency of the K-means clustering algorithm was optimized and applied to the data analysis platform.In addition,the principle of Apriori association rules algorithm was explored and implemented.This study has completed the preliminary exploration of data analysis on campus card through the comprehensive utilization of data warehouse technology and data mining technology.The results of the study show that the data mining of the campus card data can improve the management decision-making level of the relevant departments of the school and provide some experience for our school's more comprehensive data analysis platform.
