Application And Research Of Association Rule And Decision Tree Combination Algorithm In Student's Performance Analysis

In college teaching,student achievement has always been an important issue.For a long time,a lot of student achievement data have been accumulated in the process of teaching management in colleges and universities,but deep information hidden in these data has not been fully utilized.With the development of data mining technology,we hope that through the data mining technology From which to find valuable information,to find the potential factors that affect student achievement,to achieve early warning of student achievement,so as to achieve the purpose of teaching for the school.At present,there are two major problems in the method of student achievement analysis: 1)The student performance analysis and forecasting function is based on the association rule algorithm to analyze the influence of the curriculum on the student achievement.But it ignores the influence of the individual attribute factors such as the mentor and the student on the achievement,which leads to the result of the analysis is not comprehensive;2)Since the majority of student achievement analysis considers the general relevance among all the student courses,the analysis and forecast results are common Sexual results,lack of accuracy in individual analysis of early warning.In view of the above problems,this paper will achieve the following process:First of all,based on the problem and based on the school computer professional student achievement information to establish the corresponding data warehouse,the establishment of data warehouse for the subsequent results analysis to provide reliable data support.And then use the association rule algorithm to analyze the student curriculum results,from the effective excavation of the relevance of the course and hidden in the results of the data in the potential valuable information for the teaching curriculum can provide the basis for planning.But in the analysis process,we also found that in the curriculum,students,teachers and other objective factors on the impact of student achievement analysis of the deficiencies.In order to solve the influence of individual factors of students and tutors on student achievement,we also propose a method to combine association rules with decision tree algorithm,and then add strong rules generated by association rule model as new attributes to decision tree Algorithm,and do further mining analysis,obtained a more comprehensive analysis of the results.Secondly,we have completed the analysis and forecasting of the association rules and the decision tree combination algorithm for the students' curriculum of computer science.Based on the analysis and forecast results,we can achieve the single student achievement analysis and forecasting and use the web page program based on B / S structure Implementation and display of early warning function.Based on the solution of the above problems,this paper completes the work of student achievement analysis and forecasting based on data mining,and analyzes the forecast results more comprehensive,reliable and early warning function is more targeted.The results of performance analysis and early warning can provide information support for school teaching.
