With the rapid development of Internet technology,the speed of information dissemination is accelerating,and the efficiency and management level of enterprises are becoming more and more important.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to research and develop a unified portal system that meets the daily office needs of enterprises.In order to make the company cooperate better,the unified portal will also integrate common functions such as information distribution system and mail system.Based on the needs of the enterprise portal and its systems,this paper makes in-depth research on the analysis,design,implementation and performance tuning of the portal and its information distribution system.The author first studies the background,development and key technologies of the portal and information distribution system.Secondly,he conducts detailed research and analysis on the requirements of the enterprise website and its information release system,including the system login module and SMS dynamic password modules,portal display modules,column management modules and news release modules.Afterwards,the system's overall architecture design,function module design and database design are analyzed.Finally,the whole system is tested and optimised before going online.The optimization of the system is mainly carried out from the web side,the database side and the server side.For the optimization of the web front end,the static html page is generated by freemaker.,which greatly improves the response speed of the system.For database optimization,the database server is realized by reading and writing and separating to realize the optimization of the database.The optimization of the server is studied.The advantages and disadvantages of the existing load balancing method are studied.A dynamic load balancing optimization method based on the weighting method is proposed to improve the response speed of the system.The existing dynamic load balancing strategy generally only considers a certain parameter.This paper comprehensively affects various factors of the system,and collects network processing conditions,memory utilization,and CPU utilization,and comprehensively calculates the processing performance of the server to improve system performance.The portal and its information distribution system are based on the Web.The system is developed under the eclipse platform and deployed on the Tomcat application server.Through this system,enterprises can achieve daily work needs and improve the efficiency of users.After the post-test,the system can meet the needs of enterprise portal site content management,and the system has perfect functions,easy to use and good stability.
