In order to make reasonable production plan,manage the manufacturing workshop more effectively,enterprises need to collect real-time production data,store and process.The visualization of real-time production data facilitates decision makers and managers make timely schedule and make reasonable production plans for work space,and help factories to optimize production and equipment operation status.Data acquisition system of manufacturing enterprises provides data for manufacturing management and optimizes the management means of manufacturing.Traditionally,the enterprise's production data acquisition time sequence discontinuously,the incidence of error is large,requires lots of manpower,working stress is large,abnormal state feedback is untimely.Manufacturing companies in data acquisition system of this paper realize automatic data acquisition,data acquisition adopts the wireless communication between nodes,gateway and the MQTT server,instead of the complex and inflexible wiring connect.Production data acquisition system in this paper realizes real-time data collection based on Modbus and equipment abnormality detection and alarm.Meanwhile,the system of visual management client provide historical production data review,statistics and report management.Main research contents are as follows:(1)Realization of the low-speed network Modbus communication at lower layer node.Sensor network includes sensor and sink node,which communicate in the form of bus.In this paper,the lower layer network of sink node completes data communication based on RS485 bus.The main work contents: Modbus message send and receive program design and resign its load format,data integration and transmission to gateway using collected data.(2)Realization of low-speed WSN access to TCP/IP network.Gateway as a key device for the sensor network to access the Internet,is the data collection point of the entire WSN network,wireless gateway avoids wiring and other links.The main work content: write applications for different application requirements with the basis of common hardware,modify PANID,and receive the assembly network request program design.(3)Construction of remote server parsing engine.The main work content: the asynchronous push service based on MQTT resign,build the parsing engine,forward gatewayserial data transmit to the MQTT topic,the data carried by the MQTT topic process and store in TSDB.(4)Implementation of data visualization management application.The production data acquisition system quantifies all the hidden data information that is not controllable or clear before.Integrates the visual production workshop information report and chart,WEB site and other means to meet the needs of users.The main work content: apply the python interface of the messaging service Mosquitto on the client,collect remote data based on MQTT protocol and display it in Kanban,display production data WEB page based on Django web framework.After deployment the production data acquisition system,it has achieved remarkable results in improving the production status of enterprises,which is mainly reflected in the reduction of personnel communication cost,improvement of personnel efficiency,visualization management client making the production scheduling more timely and more effective.
