With the rapid development of China's society and economy,the level of industrial development continues to improve.Under the rapid development of Internet of Things technology,the Internet of Things has entered a new stage of deep integration with traditional industries.The transformation and upgrading in the industrial manufacturing field has become an important driving force for the development of Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT).Despite this,most traditional industrial enterprises currently have low levels of informationization,industrial control systems cannot be interconnected,It is difficult to interconnect and interconnect data,and data collection cannot be stored on a large scale.Enterprises are not well in the use of IIoT,large enterprises due to personnel and financial strength,can really apply IIoT technology to actual production,and for small and medium-sized enterprises,due to the technical transformation of IoT equipment and the cost of new technology learning is high,they are unable to independently manage connection management and real-time data storage.Currently,traditional bus devices still occupy nearly half of the market share.These devices do not support new IoT protocols,and the cost of network transformation is high.Most enterprises pay less attention to the secure transmission of data.In the existing MQTT protocol,data encryption transmission support for resource-constrained devices is not friendly.The existing IoT platforms have complex connection management and the high-speed data processing procedures,and the maintenance cost is high,which cannot meet the flexibility requirements of enterprises of different scales for the performance of the Internet of Things platform.Based on the research of current IoT platform and fieldbus,this paper designs and completes the Industrial Internet of Things access platform based on MQTT for the difficulties encountered by enterprises in upgrading traditional fieldbus devices.The access platform can help enterprises quickly complete the network management of the original equipment,the high-speed processing and storage of data,and reduce the access cost of the equipment when the Internet of Things is upgraded,so that enterprises can focus on the data application.The main work and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Design and complete the adaptive gateway,and make the traditional fieldbus device access the middleware platform through the MQTT protocol by formulating a unified communication frame format;(2)In order to enhance the encryption support of resource-restricted devices in MQTT protocol,a lightweight load encryption transmission protocol based on MQTT is designed.(3)In order to meet large-scale equipment access concurrent access,reduce system coupling,and help enterprises complete device connection manage,design and complete middleware,with standardized WEB API provided by middleware for enterprise business application system;The middleware with distributed database system and the data storage priority is weighted by the data interval time point and the data importance degree,which can process massive data quickly and efficiently.The middleware also provides the automatic generation of access codes for the developer.The IIoT access platform designed in this paper has not only completed the test in the laboratory environment,but also has practical application cases.The IIoT access platform is stable in operation,and middleware can meet the needs of more than ten thousand devices in the enterprise when it consumes less resources.In this paper,the coding of the platform is modularized,which is easy for the enterprise to carry out secondary development for special needs.It has a high degree of expansion.The access platform framework can help small and medium-sized enterprises to reduce the difficulty of accessing and managing devices,and complete high-speed processing of device data,enabling enterprises to focus on the development of business application system.
