Research On Power Module Circuit And Switch Control Of DF100A PSM Short-wave Transmitter

Power switch module plays a very important role in DF100 A PSM short-wave transmitter.It is the core module of the PSM solid-state modulator and also one of the key objects for the daily maintenance of the transmitter.In this article,the composition and control principle of the power switch module are carefully analyzed,and combined with years of maintenance practice,environmental research and error analysis are carried out for the power switch module in operation,and found that the failure rate of components such as IGBT,filter capacitor and bleeder resistor is high.By summarizing the reasons and laws of the errors,the maintenance plan and maintenance focus are re-established.The maintenance is strengthened during the season when the error rate is high,and the key investigations are carried out to eliminate the hidden troubles.Starting from the maintenance work of the equipment room,the detailed process of power module emergency plan and error search is formulated to comprehensively guide the on-duty personnel and maintenance personnel to carry out emergency response and judgment.Finally,by designing a complete power switch module and the offline test platform of the control board,it helps the maintenance and testing of the power switch module,improves the maintenance efficiency.
