Development And Verification Of RF Amplifier Reliability Test System

With the development of wireless communications,RF amplifiers are used more and more frequently,and the reliability of amplifiers is becoming more and more important.Because of the long time of reliablity test,the complexity of the measurement and its tremendous data,the traditional manual test is no longer useful.In order to improve the efficiency of the test,this paper designs an automated test system for the high and low temperature test of the amplifier and the high temperature burn-in test.The system combines C#interface programming,MYSQL database,SCPI instruction set,virtual instrument technology and signal control moudle to realize Automatic Test,efficient and rapid measurement of various electrical performance indicators;automatic processing and analysis of data;automatically save processed data to databases and files.After the actual test,the performance of the test system is better than the manual test,and there is a certain filtering effect on the abnormal value data.At the same time,the system has a good human-computer interaction interface and convenient configuration options,which is convenient for testers to learn to use.
