Research On Communication Management Of Guangxi Procuratorate Smart-office Development Project

With the development of society,With the rapid development of science and technology,the life cycle of information projects is getting shorter and shorter,the renewal is constantly accelerating,and customized,exclusive and informatized products are more and more popular among the public.Project management is gradually replacing the traditional management mode and has become a universally applicable management tool in information society nowadays.Accurately acquiring market information and customer demands is the key to the success of system development project,and the status of communication management in project management is also becoming more and more important.With the major strategy of Smart Procuratorate presented by the Supreme People's Procuratorate,the construction of the informatization project has been rapidly advanced in the nationwide procuratorates,and the Smart-Office Development Project of Guangxi Procuratorate has also been established under this background.After the completion of the project,the intelligent level of the administrative departments of Guangxi Procuratorate was been improved.However,in actual operations,it was found that the system did not integrate well with the actual work and failed to achieve the expected effect.This paper investigates the operation of the project through investigation and analysis.According to the relevant theories of project communication management,it analyzes the problems existing in the construction process of Guangxi procuratorial Smart-Office Development Project through literature research.It clarifies the importance of the communication management in the construction of Smart-Office Development Project.It also proposes to strengthen the management of key project participants,the management of key communication links,improve the communication effect and etc.to solve the problems in the communication management,trying to provide a reference for the communication management of smart procuratorate project in the future.
