It is significant to set up a proper compensation incentive system,because it is a critical point for companies to attract employees,maintain workforce and stipulate employee's work efficiency.FS television station,as one of the many municipal level television stations,its compensation system is mainly following FS municipal government's policy.The weakness of this compensation rewarding system is its incentive programs neither provide adequate rewards to employees,nor keep up to today's ever changing competition of the media companies.If they would like to secure a position in this challenging market of media,they need to alternate the existing,old fashioned compensation rewarding system,and rebuild a better one that matches its future developing trend and future needs,to make a more scientific and sophisticated system.This article takes FS TV station as a research object,analyzing the existing situation and some problems,meanwhile,it designs the compensation rewarding system,which meets the realistic of FS TV station and adapts to the current economic situation of local society.This thesis already clarified research background,purpose of the study,research methods and etc...in chapter 1.In chapter 2,it streamline all relative theories that applies to the compensations,introduces fundamental procedures for designing a better compensation systems,and it creates a foundation for the latter researches.In chapter 3,it introduced FS TV station's history of development,organizational structure and the difficulties what it is confronting,taking the reality into consideration,utilizing investigation and interview methodologies,summarizing and analyzing the station's current features and existing issues.After thoroughly analyzing the current situation,in Chapter 4,this thesis redesigned the compensation system.To ensure the designed proposal will be utilized internally,and the chapter 5 provides the specific measures to the redesigned compensation rewarding system,which guarantees compensation rewarding system of FS TV station going well.This thesis establish scientific and up-to-date compensation rewarding system by alternating traditional administrative style management,and plan a new compensation rewarding system including the employees' income level,which linked to the job responsibilities and the contributions.Scattering the employees'wage grade scientifically.Through establishing the scientific and compensation rewarding system,it would act the learning and directing functions for FS TV station to a certain degree.
