Yunnan Technology and Business University recently paid more attention to the improvement of teaching methods and decided to change the traditional teaching methods,especially the marketing professional training.The old way of the marketing professional training in Yunnan Technology and Business University was that the teacher assigned the task to the students,and the students handwritten the training report.Students can't really engage in the whole process of marketing,and teachers can't understand the mastery of the theoretical knowledge of the students,and can't grasp the theoretical practice ability of each student.In order to solve those problems,Yunnan Technology and Business University decided to develop a marketing professional training system to achieve informational teaching of the training courses for the marketing major.The marketing professional training system of Yunnan Technology and Business University determined the development model of the system with the research and analysis of the needs of teachers and students,which was using Java language,adopting a three-tier structure based on B/S,combining with JavaScript,Jquery,Hibernate,Struts2,Spring,JSP and other technologies,using SSH framework for development and design,and using SQL Server 2015 database.The marketing professional training system of Yunnan Technology and Business University has completed five major modules:market research,marketing strategy planning,product production,product sales,and viewing market statistics.The sub-functions included in market research are market information query,market questionnaire design,market survey questionnaire management,market survey report,and so on.The sub-functions included in marketing strategy planning are market segmentation and target market selection,SWOT analysis,competition strategic analysis report and so on.The sub-functions included in product production are product development,product packaging,production line management,product production,and so on.The sub-functions included in product sales are product pricing,product sales,channel management,promotion management,advertising management,services management,other information inquiry and so on.The sub-functions included in viewing market statistics are viewing market competition information,viewing enterprise operation information and son on.After the development and operation of the marketing professional training system of Yunnan Technology and Business University,the training courses for the marketing major in Yunnan Technology and Business University will become easy and easy to learn,turning the course into a vivid image of simulation sales to bring students' interest.Above all,the operation of the training system can help students understand the whole process of marketing,and understand more about each job and task of the real marketing process,so that students really learn what to do in the future work.Also teachers can give evaluations and opinions for students through the completion of each job in the system,and truly understand each student's true mastery of professional theoretical knowledge to arrange teaching plans more reasonably and effectively.
