With the increase of production capacity of each enterprise and a downturn in the economy in the field of traditional sales,the enterprise product marketing competition is more and more fierce.Under this scenario,the informationization management improving the efficiency of enterprise's marketing becomes the trend of development.With the development of Internet technology and computer especially in today's world,the e-commerce has been rapid development.It will be effective combination of enterprise marketing and the e-commerce becomes an important research topic.In the enterprise,the information management system is adopted to improve the management.Through the enterprise marketing management and sales personnel to the customer information such as process management,it is difficult access to customer information,lead to customer service,long response time to complaints of customers due to the timeliness.With a certain length on the customer's complaints more,so the information management system becomes the important content to good customer information management.This system is to solve the above problems for the design and development of concrete.It is described in detail under the e-commerce environment enterprise product marketing management system requirements analysis,system design,implementation and testing of the whole work.First of all,the author describes the application scenarios of this topic and the research status at home and abroad are given to the enterprise in this article.Then to the key technology of system development using are described,it mainly uses the J2EE system and SOA service-oriented technology development;In the demand analysis stage,it mainly through uses case diagram of the system functional requirements modeling.The specific system functions includes customer management,sales management,customer service,statistical analysis and system management modules.It gives the system index of performance requirements;In system design phase,it includes system architecture design,architecture design and database design of content;According to system requirements and determine the content of the design,the system of customer management,sales management,customer service,statistical analysis and system management modules are implemented by narrative in the form of flow charts and UML diagrams related to the function of system implementation.In system testing phase,the function modules are through unit testing method for the given each test cases.The performance testing process mainly adopts testing tool for testing.The test results show that the product marketing,customer relationship management system and the demand analysis of the target is consistent.The current enterprise product marketing management system has been in the company for deployment.Through the use of the system,it can regulate the customer information management in accordance with the agreement on the system model of customer information in daily management and statistics;Through use it can improve the quality of customer service system to keep a record of customer care and return information timely statistical analysis about customer interest interest;Through the use of the system,it can analyze customer and classification to provide personalized services to different customers.So as to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,it can help to bring more market for the enterprise space and economic interests;implement sales force automation.implementation of product sales forecast,analysis of the price.The management of the commercial channels realizes the automation of sales process,it can improve the efficiency of the company sales staff;Brought in for e-commerce enterprise competitive advantage in the industry.It uses computer to realize product sales,customer service,complaint handling and automation so as to mprove the level of the enterprises in the peer and status and help bring greater market space for the enterprise and economic benefits.
