Along with society’s progress and practical work of simulation training, simulation training system is also more and more. At the same time, with the development of society and the progress of science and technology in recent years, information technology is widely used and training for new recruits is becoming more and more standardization, streamline, past way of artificial paper work cannot keep up with the situation. In the process of the system analysis design and implementation, we used unified modeling language (UML) to make analysis, and used activity diagram, case diagram, sequence diagram and collaboration diagram to make the detailed design for this system. The database used SQL Server 2014 edition to implement. The black box testing for this system ensured that the analysis of the system development and design is in strict accordance with the standard process of software development.The system implement saving business, brought business, credit business, special business, activity management and test management. Savings business module includes current business, credit card business, common regular business, dead time one-for-all business, current one-for-all passbook business, notice deposit and account query operations. Brought business module includes current business, dead business and account query business. Credit business module includes lending business, return the principal and interest, account inquiry business as well as final settlement business. Special business module includes special business and exam management. Activity management module includes accurate management, interest management, dictionary management, students approval, class management, student management. Examination management module includes exam management, multiple choice, and question management.The implementation of this system have unreplaceable effect for improving the quality of the new employee’s work, strengthening test for new hired employees, ensuring the proficiency for new employee in banking business, improving the training the new employees.
