The unattended warehouse management system is changing the traditional way of warehouse management.This can reduce the frequency of accidents caused by operator's negligence by monitoring the warehouse environment remotely,which is taking place of the operator's on-site inspection.This paper developed an embedded warehouse management system,which has the function of controlling the equipment in the warehouse and collecting the environment information of the warehouse in real time.The warehouse management system based on the embedded caters to the fieryness of the current embedded field,which has superior performance in terms of genres,power consumption,information transmission accuracy,etc.The system designed in this article can be divided into four major modules: wireless sensor module,server terminal module,camera module,monitoring client module.The wireless sensor module needs to build a wireless sensor network in the warehouse.The network construction adopts the ZigBee protocol with obvious advantages in the field of near field wireless communication.Cortex-M0 development board is used to set up the ZigBee coordinator for the module hardware,and the CC2530 development board is selected for the ZigBee terminal node.The server terminal module is designed as a multi-threaded concurrent server running on a Cortex-A9 development board that has been ported to a Linux system.The server is responsible for forwarding the environmental information to the monitoring client and is also responsible for sending the operator's control commands to the wireless sensor network.The camera module is mainly connected to the USB camera on the Cortex-A9 development board.The video capture information is based on the V4L2 protocol.The monitoring client is a GUI built with Qt.The operator logging in to the client needs to verify with the MySQL database information of the server terminal.The monitoring client interacts with the server terminal using the TCP/IP protocol based on a reliable connection.The three-way handshake during the connection process ensures that the client receives the integrity of the server information.In summary,the system designed in this paper realizes the communication flow from the embedded bottom layer to the application layer and is suitable for warehouse management.This article conducts a series of tests on the system's networking.The result of tests show that the video collected by the camera can be delivered to the remote client and thevideo can be displayed without dropping frames,and the warehouse equipment can be controlled stably.The system has realized remote monitoring and control of environmental information and equipment in the warehouse,achieving the research objectives of the project and having a good application prospect.In this paper,a total of forty-five pictures,thirteen tables and fifty-five references.
