Today,with the highly developed traffic,the automobile manufacturing industry continues to develop.The fuel sensor is an indispensable part of the vehicle fuel quantity measurement system,and the demand for it is thus continuously increasing.The reed switch fuel sensor is one of the more commonly used types of fuel sensors for vehicle,and it needs strict functional testing in industrial production before it can be used.At present,the reed switch fuel sensor test is mostly manual instrument detection,which takes time and labor,and has a high missed detection rate.In order to shorten the production testing period of the reed switch fuel sensor,reduce the detection cost and the missed detection rate,an automatic detection device of reed switch fuel sensor for vehicle is designed to replace the traditional manual detection.The main research contents in this paper are given as follows:(1)Combining the stability advantages of PLC and the high-performance graphical design advantages of MCGS embedded configuration,a design scheme of an automatic detection device for reed switch fuel sensor for vehicle based on embedded configuration of PLC and MCGS is proposed.(2)Completed the hardware design and software programming of the entire detection device.The hardware includes PLC,ADC module,motor drag module,and constant current source module selection and system integration design.The software design is divided into two parts,which are the software design of the control and detection system for the PLC combined with the ADC module and the design of the MCGS embedded configuration system for the host computer.The PLC control and detection system software design includes main program design,ADC module program design,detection origin location program design and sensor detection program design;The design of the MCGS embedded configuration system includes master control window design,real-time database design,device window design,user interface design and operation strategy design.The user interface design and operation strategy are the focus of design.(3)Each module of the detection device is tested and the whole system is tested.The feasibility of the detection device is verified by experiments.Finally,through the test of each module of the system,the whole system test and the analysis of the test data,it is concluded that the function of the automatic detection device for reed switch fuel sensor for vehicle designed in this paper is normal,and the expected goal is achieved.
