The 1394 bus started as a real-time transmission high-speed serial bus,which was applied in the fields of electronic commerce and aerospace.With the development of time,it can not meet the requirements of the aviation system for data transmission.So SAE organization carried on some clipping and limitation to IEEE-1394b bus line,have certainty and reliability restraint,thus formed the key agreement of SAE AS5643.In terms of speed,the maximum transmission rate of the previous 1394 bus can only reach 400Mbps.The design of this paper is based on the AS5643 protocol transmission over optical fiber interface.The maximum speed can reach 800Mbps.The transmission medium uses multimode optical fiber to convert electrical signals into optical signals for data transmission.Transmission,speed up.This design uses FPGA to realize AS5643 agreement processing module,this module realizes the data analysis ability of the bus agreement.And use fiber optic interface instead of civil interface to achieve high-speed data transmission.In the design,the optical fiber interface adopts Finisar's optoelectronic transceiver module.After matching the network,the signal is sent to the FPGA processing chip for basic data communication.The focus of this paper is to use software to complete the verification scheme for the fiber 1394 interface card device for simulation and verification of the 1394 bus in the ground environment.In the software design of the interface card,a top-down software design concept is adopted.The software design mainly refers to the 1394 protocol software,which includes the transport layer software and the 5643 driver layer software.The transport layer is a hardware driver that directly controls the chip registers and provides an interrupt mechanism.It is directly solidified in the FLASH of the tested interface board.After the system is reset,the fiber 1394 interface card will automatically run the code of the transfer program.Query the command word sent by the upper layer software or the data sent.Once it is found,it starts parsing and executing the command word,and returns the corresponding response word or receives the corresponding data.The 5643 driver software resides on the host,provides the application with a 1394 API interface,moves the payload to be sent to the send data buffer,and moves the application-specific receive message from the receive data buffer to the specified storage space of the application.The application request obtains the 5643 state information during communication.After a series of design verifications and tests,the fiber-optic interface card has initially achieved its function in the experimental environment.The communication test of the bus system is stable and reliable.The data transmission at a rate of 800 Mbps has been realized,and the transmission distance has been increased,and the AS5643 has been verified.The importance of key agreements in the military field provides more possibilities and approaches for future development.
