With the increasingly prominent environmental protection problems in China,the state's investment in environmental protection has become more and more intense,and the people's attention to environmental protection has become more and more high.As the main force of the Environmental Protection department,the first-line staff of the county and municipal environmental protection bureaus has also increased their work pressure.The transformation of communication technology from 4G to 5G,the development of sensor technology ushered in the era of the Internet of Things,which facilitated the development of environmental protection work to a deeper level and finer grain size,and also brought greater challenges to environmental management work.Therefore,it is necessary to use information technology to assist the daily work of the frontline personnel so as to improve their work efficiency and improve the management level of the Environmental Protection department.This paper mainly discusses the construction process and related technology of an environmental automatic monitoring system that can meet the daily work needs of county and municipal environmental protection bureau and have economic feasibility.After in-depth investigation of the daily management work of the county and municipal environmental protection Bureau,the overall goal of the system design is to ensure that data collection is the core,function meets the current basic needs,and the existing system modules are called in an interface manner.At the same time,the necessary interface for subsequent development is reserved for secondary development according to the needs of business development.The whole system follows the idea of modular development,The system is divided into ten parts:automatic pollution source detection and control,automatic air quality detection and control,automatic noise detection and control,indicator parameter configuration,collection data matching,indicator monitoring and warning,statistical report,electronic map management,interface management and system basic management,for follow-up maintenance.The design and implementation of the system adopts the B/S three-layer architecture,adopts the current mature J2EE technology for development,and can also be multithreaded and processed in the case of more access sensors.The middleware uses Tomcat and Apache load balancing to reduce system pressure.The database uses the My Sql database,which saves costs while taking into account the robustness and ease of use of the database.It can also move flexibly between different platforms to protect user investment.In terms of security,the system uses a hardware firewall to defend against external invasions,and internally uses data backup and anti-virus software to ensure system data information security.The test results show that the system realizes the development requirements and targets as originally designed.
