Postal convenience Inn system(PCIS)in the postal system is the platform to join a network of agents for social mobility,telecommunications,Unicom,electric power,airline tickets and other business systems.The proeess of PCIS software development is similar to the general software development,but it demands higher quality.There fore during proeess of PCIS software development,we must manage quality in all stages,and carry out the quality control to the whole proeess.The software project quality management refers to a process that ensures realizing the project objeetives.It is based on the software project management and carried out in all stages of the software dvelopment.This article commences in the PCIS software project development process.It analyzes the characteristics of the oss projeets and the partieularity of the software project management,and poinis out the neeessity for quality management in the proeess of developing software projeets.It diseusses in the PCIS software development process we hould how to implement the quality management,in particular how to using the model of PDCS.It describes how to build a quality management system in the proeess of software development and execute it.And through analyzing the project proeess and quality data,it sums up some valuable experiences of the quality management and the influences of quality to time and cost.These experiences provide some useful examples for the future quality management of software projects.This paper describes the conclusions of the implementation of quality management software project PDCS model can improve product quality,and this study also for the future within the enterprise software development projects in the implementation of quality management to provide useful examples.
