The Research On Influence Of Government Information Centered On The Of Information Release

The ability of government information has become an important measure of the overall strength of the country.Moreover,as the important part of the ability of government information,the influence of government information is the embodiment of the government administrative ability.Based on the domestic and foreign re search,this thesis conducts more in-depth research on the influence of government information.This thesis consists of five parts,which is summarized as follows:First of all,the thesis provides an overview of domestic and foreign research to have a comprehensive understanding of the existing research findings and the current research period of the field.After the statistical analysis,author finds that whether domestic or foreign,although they have dong research on the influence of government information for a long time,but the research is still in a dispersed state,lacking of the gathering research.Secondly,the thesis collates and analyzes the literature,summarizes,lists and comparatively analyzes the factors of the influence of government information,and finds that the behavior of information release is the most direct and effective factor of the influence of government information.In addition,through the research on the mechanism of the behavior of information release and the influence of government information,this thesis analyzes the mode of action,the active condition,and the effect of action deeply,and clarifies the dialectical relationship between the two,to provide the theoretical basis for the issue analysis and suggestions.Moreover,through the analysis and sorting of the problems of information release,we find that the whole society awareness of information is low,the government lacks of the control of government published content,the department sets up unreasonable,the information work lacks of the guarantee in law and the supervision of a third-party agency.These problems have seriously weakened the powerful which the information release provides to the influence of government information.Government must pay attention to and solve these problems.Finally,for the exposed problems of government information release above,this thesis makes several recommendations for perfecting the government information releaseto improve the influence of government information based on the macro and micro perspective,from changing the consciousness,improving the effectiveness,improving the law,optimizing the department,integrating the mode of transmission,improving the information work and so on.
