With the rapid development of Internet and communication technologies,the response time of services has become one of the most important indicators for measuring system efficiency.In recent years,China's foreign trade has grown rapidly,and customs is the “barrier” to safeguard the safety of import and export trade of the whole country.However,there are many complicated links in the existing customs clearance process,which greatly reduces the efficiency of customs clearance.In order to improve customs clearance efficiency,this paper draws on the successful transformation experience of foreign customs clearance process,finds the difference between customs clearance process at home and abroad,based on the basic national conditions of China,based on the author's actual work experience and survey results,permitted by regulations.Within the scope,in response to the shortcomings of the customs clearance process of Guangdong and Hong Kong,the corresponding optimization suggestions are proposed to improve the overall efficiency of the customs logistics system.This has both realistic economic and security value and theoretical significance of scientific research.This paper firstly introduces the customs clearance process of the domestic customs department,and then focuses on the customs clearance process of Guangdong and Hong Kong Customs.On this basis,the use of tiered time-sharing extended Petri nets for Guangdong and Hong Kong goods The customs clearance process was modeled;then the simulation software was used to simulate the actual customs clearance time and efficiency of the Guangdong-Hong Kong Customs,and the bottlenecks in the customs clearance process were identified;and the corresponding improvement ideas were proposed to propose the reform of the customs clearance process of Guangdong and Hong Kong customs.Invaluable opinions,in the end,this paper proposes to apply the extended Petri net model based on queuing theory to improve the customs clearance process of Guangdong and Hong Kong.Finally,compare the customs clearance efficiency before and after the improvement.The results show that the improved customs clearance is more efficient and can Save a lot of time,in theory,bring great convenience to customs clearance enterprises.
