Clearance Support System At Airport Based On Large-scale Simplification Of Customs Clearance Procedures Mode

The amount of airport transport cargo is increasing under the trend of economic globalization. And Airport Port of customs clearance capacity has a higher demand. Customs clearance system will greatly improve the efficiency of airport customs clearance, but the airport customs clearance support system which based on customs clearance mode remains to be perfect. This thesis relies on the establishment and implementation of clearance support system at airport based on Large-scale simplification of customs clearance procedures mode. This system can further simplify the customs clearance formalities, accelerate the customs clearance process of information between the different departments, strengthen the monitor function of the import and export goods, improve the airport customs clearance efficiency, promote the healthy development of regional economy. It also can promote the development of foreign trade, especially the airport custom clearance according to the requirements of standardization and legalization with international standards, thus improve the international competitiveness, and accelerate the pace of economic internationalization.The main work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly, analysis of system needs. Research the airport, analyzed and summarized the weak links of status airport customs clearance, such as examination and approval links, formalities complicated etc. Then, analyze the airport port business processes, according to the content and mode of the Large-scale simplification of customs clearance procedures, in order to advance or delay the formalities which can forward, backward or external to customs clearance process before or later, and detailed analysis of the function of the subsystems.Secondly, design of system. Design from the system architecture, network system, application function, database and security etc. This thesis uses the SOA architecture for system, in order to reflect the advantages of high availability, easy to maintain etc. Depending on the different user of the system, the system is divided into three kinds of access methods:El dedicated access, VPN access, Internet public access.Lastly, implementation of system. The system use the client access to the system on the web server application interface through http, and the web server access to the deployment architecture of the system application server through WebService of the SOAP protocol, besides this system uses the ORACLE11i database and realizes in Weblogic10.2 application platform.
