The rapid development and popularity of smart phones and network have made the use of smart phones as real-time video transmission terminals a good choice.Today,Android smart phones account for half of the smart phone market,while Android smart phones have the advantages of portability,access to wireless networks,strong processing capabilities,and system operability over traditional video terminals,all of which make Android smart.Mobile phones are becoming more and more popular as video transmission terminals.At the same time,with the widespread use of mobile video applications,the need for personal video information protection has become more and more urgent.The amount of information in the video is very rich.It contains almost all forms of data information and is a direct reflection of people's personal information.Once a privacy video is maliciously tampered with or leaked,it will have an inestimable impact on individuals or society.While most systems rely on the underlying protocol and identity authentication to protect video information,which is ineffective and make video information protecting link weak.This article designs a safe real-time video transmission system based on Android platform by combining the advantages as video transmission terminal devices and demands of video information security.The contents include three aspects as following:(1)First of all,it researches the related technology development of real-time video security transmission system,then analyzes the requirements of the system design and clarifies the direction of system design.(2)Detailed general software and modules designs are implemented including general software flow diagram design,way of acquiring video by Android camera,stream cipher encryption video encryption scheme design and transmission of video stream via RTP encapsulation.(3)Function and performance related test with real-time transmission system are implemented.An analysis with the result has been made and the existing problems are located.The effectiveness and practicality of the system has been verified.The design and implementation of the system enable real-time video to transmit via Android terminal device and to be protected in transmission.The research result could be applied into scenes like house security-monitoring,remote control,video conference,etc.
