Study On Exploitation Of Urban Community Archives

On January 1,2016,China began to implement the "Administrative Measures for Urban Community Archives",which required the development and utilization of archives information resources centered on the work of community centers and the needs of residents,and actively carry out archival exploitation.Community archives originate from the grassroots and are the most closely related to the archives family.They are rich in social,historical,economic and cultural values.The development and use of community archives has the positive effect of extending the vitality of archives and enhancing the cohesion and autonomy of the masses.Through reading the literature,it has been found that there are few articles on the community archives in the academic community so far,especially in terms of exploitation.Based on the research of existing community archives,this article conducts a special study on the exploitation of community archives.This paper takes the community archives as the research object,expounds the connotation and exploitation value of the community archives,analyzes the problems faced in the exploitation of community archives,and then proposes corresponding solutions to fill the gaps in this research for the future community archives.And hope to provides reference and reference for the vigorous development of the archives business.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the topic selection background,research significance,domestic and foreign research status,research methods and innovation points;the second part introduces the meaning,characteristics and classification of community archives,and analyzes the business value,government value,memory value,cultural value and emotional value of community archive exploitation.The third part combines community work and reality,expounding the status of exploitation of community archives,affirming the development of community archives,including formulated relevant rules and regulations,editing a series of achievements,combination of new technologies.While pointing out that there is a lack of awareness of exploitation,lack of professional,enthusiasm of residents is not high,the lack of relevant guidance for exploitation,lack of effectiveness in the results.Based on the actual problems,the fourth part puts forward the idea of modernizing the management concept,enriching the characteristic archives resources,standardizing the process of the exploitation of archive,strengthening the construction of the talent team,and improving the utilization methods.At the same time,we should also pay attention to protecting the privacy of residents in the exploitation of community archives,increase the utilization efficiency of development results,and strengthen the exploitation of community archives feedback control.
