Research On The Current Situation And Development Strategy Of Community Archives Management In China

The community is the grass-roots organization of our country who carries out the work of our society,it undertakes the responsibility and task of China’s social grass-roots management. Community archives are the records of information from daily work in the community, including the community files and all kinds of valuable documents from the life of community residents.Community archival work which around the community is not only to protect the community work on, but to provide more convenient services to community residents. Therefore,this paper analysis the problem in China’s community archives management process,and the reasons from two aspects which include the main body and the object of the community archival work,at the same time,with the actual situation of the current community work that carried out in our country and the future trend of archival work development,this paper elaborates and analyzes the development strategy to solve the problem from two aspects,which includes the industry level and internal level of community archival work.
