Research On Electronic Business Records Management In Big Data Environment

With the development,popularization and application of information technology and intelligent technology such as cloud computing,Internet,mobile Internet and big data,the electronic commerce activity of enterprise organization present a trend of high-efficiency experience and intelligent marketing.Because this development situation thanks to the development of electronic commerce data,and the development is based on the management of e-commerce data,therefore,scientific data management,especially the effective management of objective and real data,becomes the key to make the electronic commerce data development value,and is also the premise of security development work smoothly,and is also a reliable guarantee for relevant departments to provide evidential data.From the point of view of records,records management emphasizes from the source to ensure the authenticity of information records,from the method to ensure the safety of records,therefore,electronic commerce data management of enterprise in the big data environment and records theory should establish effective contact,technical personnel together with records managers to ensure the authenticity and security of electronic business data.E-commerce records refer to the original data about e-commerce activities recorded and regulated by enterprise,therefore,scientific and effective management of e-commerce records can provide better and more realistic data supporting for the development of e-commerce data and the supply of evidential data,and help enterprises realize to improve the economic benefits by using data.This paper takes e-commerce records management as the research object,discusses the new requirements and the existed insufficiencies of e-commerce records management under the big data environment in China,and puts forward relevant countermeasures.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background and the research significance of this article,analyzes the research status at home and abroad,and expounds the research methods,paper structure and innovation points.The second part is an overview of big data and e-commerce records.Firstly,it introduces the concept of records under the big data environment,then introduces the related contents of e-commerce records,and finally introduces the current situation of e-commerce records management.The third part is about the problems existed in e-commerce records management under big data environment.First of all,it analyzes the new requirements for the current e-commerce records management,including stronger expanding need of the legal boundary,stronger efficient need of user's accessing information,higher cost-effective need of enterprise's applying data and higher intelligent requirement of data storage capacity,and then analyzes the current management deficiencies,including records management gradually being replaced by machines,management awareness needing to change further,the research idea of management problem being too conservative and the knowledge structure needing to be further improved.The fourth part is about putting forward corresponding improvement strategies,including improving the system arrangement of e-commerce records management,participating in the design of records related management system,improving the risk management level of e-commerce records and improving the professionalism of records management personnel themselves.This paper seeks to combine the new requirements and deficiencies presented in e-commerce records management in the context of big data to propose coping strategies in order to better play the advantages of records management theory under the background of the continuous development of IT technology.It also encourages records management personnel to combine their advantages to adapt to the development trend of the new era positively.
